9. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HerbiGold Veda, we strive to provide premium quality Ayurvedic wellness products. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns, refunds and replacements are subject to strict quality and safety conditions.

Important Return Condition: Product return will only be accepted if the package is completely sealed, unopened, unused and in its original condition. Opened, damaged, tampered or used products will not be eligible for return, replacement or refund.
  • If a customer wants to return the product, they must inform our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Return or replacement will only be considered if our support team receives or makes a verification call within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • The product package must be completely seal packed. The seal should not be broken, opened, damaged or tampered with.
  • Products with opened packaging, broken seal, damaged bottle, missing label, missing invoice or signs of usage will not be accepted.
  • Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product, outer package, seal and invoice for verification.
  • Once the return request is approved, the product must be returned to us in the same original sealed condition.
  • After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect the package and verify whether it meets the return conditions.
  • If the return is approved after inspection, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Approved refunds may take up to 90 days to be processed and credited to the customer.
  • Refund will be processed through the original payment method or any other approved method decided by HerbiGold Veda.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges and other service fees are non-refundable unless specifically approved by HerbiGold Veda.
  • HerbiGold Veda reserves the right to reject any return, refund or replacement request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Final Note: Return and refund are only possible when the product is seal packed and the return request is raised within 24 hours. Refund processing time can be up to 90 days after approval.
